HSSE & SKILLS TRAINING

L.G.A Electrical Services cc as a company is very much Employee & HSSE orientated.  Due to the fact that we invest in Training and Skills Development of our employees through providing them with all the necessary HSSE Training and Skills Development Training Programs. Our Training Program provides our Employees with the Appropriate Skills to perform their Duties with Quality and Professionalism that only Training and Skills Development Programs can provide and also to ensure a Better Future for them.

We belong to ESETA who does our staff training requirements. We are sending all of our disadvantaged individuals for Evaluations. The Evaluation is necessary for the employee so that the company can allocate a duty to him / her where he or she is a asset to the company and also to obtain their necessary qualifications. All monies payable for the Skills Development and HSSE Training are the responsibility of the Company.
